I'm packed for a crop tomorrow but had some scraps from my last card sitting on my table. I love this shell stamp set but it calls for something like coloring with markers or painting with watercolors and I haven't taken the time for that yet. But I wondered what happens if I stamp on a piece of printed paper? So I gave it a try and rather liked it. Now that my card is together I would make one change, I would switch places with the Sea Glass colored cardstock and the printed paper. I wanted a weathered look so I sanded the Sea Glass and Cocoa cardstocks with the coarse grit sanding block.
Hope you'll give this week's sketch a try...

I love the colors you used. This is a unique and lovely take on the sketch! I also like the Sea Glass colors in the center as you've placed them. I think the color draws eyes to that beautiful image. Sanding is genius for creating texture on this card and I think really makes it stand out. Thank you so much for joining AHSC this week! - Dena (DT)
Love the muted colors and the rough edges on the panels and great image...very handsome card. Thanks for sharing with us at AHSC.
Absolutely stunning! I love the effect of using pp with the stamp. Gorgeous effect from the sanding too. Bravo!! Thanks for playing long with us at Atlantic Hearts ~ Ali (AHSC DT)
