AHSC #339 Just Because

This sketch puzzled me a bit. After trying several papers for the lower half of the card I finally decided just to go with some texture instead of trying to repeat the pattern. I'm happy with my finished card, I lightly sanded the embossing and also brushed it lightly with the shimmer pen. The floral sticker added the right amount of "fancy" to finish my card.

AHSC # 338 - Happy Birthday

This card was really fun to do! I've used leftover stickers, a die-cut, and one of my favorite background papers in the windows. So many different things inspire us in our papercrafting. Sometimes it's leftovers sitting on our table, or a new die-cut, whatever it is that inspires you I hope you'll create something with this week's sketch and share it on the AHSC blog.
