AHSC #319

This was a fun sketch to follow! I wanted to make 4th of July cards with sparkling stars so placing them in a circle around the stamped image and adding the foil cut bow seemed perfect!

I hope you'll be inspired to create something with the sketch this week.....

AHSC # 317 - A Friend Like You

Sometimes you find a paper and stamps that seem perfect for a card sketch! But when that happens you want to be sure your card isn't too plain. The best way to dress up a card is to add a little sparkle!
Shimmer Brush to the rescue! And to add a tiny bit of dimension some silver glitter thread!
Be sure to visit the AHSC Blog to see what everyone else creates.

I hope you'll decide to give this weeks sketch a try.....

AHSC # 315

Hello Everyone,
I'm back as a designer for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge blog! This fun sketch can be used to make a whimsical card or one that is just a touch fancy but not fussy. The gold foil stickers I had were exactly right for the sketch elements so I choose a fancy card. To create the gold stamping I actually had to stamp in gold pigment ink first then stamp lightly in a Desert Sand dye based ink. I hope you'll be inspired to give the sketch a try and submit your card to the AHSC blog. Here is this week's sketch...
