and here's what I did to the back...
TIP: If you're a little hesitant to just start stamping on the cover, cut a piece of blank paper the same size and stamp your design to see what it's going to look like...

AHSC # 144 - Love...
February is almost here so I've started thinking about valentines! I really love the new CTMH Charlotte paper collection so this year my valentines will be full of love, they just won't be pink!
The white shimmer trim provides the sparkle, the stamping is with the Cricut alphabet stamp set, the love cut out is mounted with thin foam tape & don't you just love the gold puffy heart!

Roses!
This card was inspired by a design on the Cricut Design Space web site and the CTMH Artistry cartridge. I decided to make it 2 ways!
In gold...
and in red...

CTMH Cricut Artistry Font
I wanted to use this sentiment on the front of my card but didn't have a Happy Birthday stamp that matched for the inside so I used my Cricut and the Artistry font!
It's so easy to cut the perfect personal sentiment using the Close to My Heart Cricut fonts!
And a simple way to enclose a gift card is to make a matching pocket, use the thumb notch punch then tape down the pocket with red tape.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #141
For the AHSC this week I decided to mix the Charlotte papers and ribbon with a Kraft CS base to create my card. TIPS: When applying ribbon to a card consider using the red tape adhesive, it will keep your ribbon straight and sticks well to any paper. To adhere your stamped image use thin foam tape.
This stamp set is one of my favorites! B1392 Key Moments.
And don't forget to stamp and sign the back of your card too!
Here's the sketch for this week...
